    Communications Committee creates informational tools for owners to receive information regarding the community through our website, community tv and social media. Keeps our community informed while encouraging transparency between our board and residents. Committee meets monthly.

    Finance Budgets & Contracts

    Committee assists with the budgeting process and reviews contracts that are up for renewal. This Committee includes working with Accounting in preparing specs, reviewing current contracts and obtaining at least two bids for each vendor Committee begins to meet in mid-September.

    LACE (Landscape Architectural)

    Reviews requests for landscaping and architectural changes and designs. Determines what landscaping is conducive to keeping Westwood Gardens and Lakes beautiful. Approval for any changes to the structure comes from this Committee. Committee meets monthly

    Beautification

    Suggests changes to the community that enhance the look and safety for our residents Example: lights, areas of safety concerns, and any improvements that are necessary. Committee meets monthly

    Social & Events

    Plan social and special events for the community promoting resident engagement and fun. Committee meets monthly

    Rules & Regulations

    Review and identify bylaw violations. Rules to be determined per Florida Statues.
