Our community is home to 699 households spread out into two properties; Westwood Gardens & Westwood Lakes. The community was originally developed in 1984 and has quietly become one of Palm Beach County’s hidden treasures.
Westwood Gardens features quadplex one-story townhomes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in each unit. Each home in the quadplex has their own private fenced-in and gated patio area. Westwood Gardens features 500 townhomes.
Westwood Lakes features 38 quadplex buildings of two-story townhomes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as four additional buildings of attached one and two-story townhomes with one car garages in each unit. Similar to Westwood Gardens, each of the quadplex units in Westwood Lakes has their own private fenced-in and gated patio area. Westwood Lakes features 199 townhomes.
Our Community features peaceful lakes with lighted fountains and views of wildlife as well as lush landscaping. Three pools adorn our property with the largest located at the Westwood Gardens Clubhouse. Amenities also include tennis courts, basketball courts, and handball courts for our residents’ enjoyment.
